- Log in to Acronis Cloud Dashboard and navigate to 'Management > Protection plans'.
- Select the protection plan applied to the workstations and/or servers in which the ARIA agent will be installed and then click Edit.
- Expand the 'Antivirus and Antimalware protection' module.
- Select the 'Exclusions' option to open the Protection exclusions window.
- In the 'Trusted Items' section, click Add to select from the available options then select 'File/Folder/Process'.
- Add the following exclusions:
- C:\Program Files\Aria
- C:\ProgramData\Aria
- C:\Program Files\Aria\bin\TrustUtil.exe
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\AztAgent.sys
- C:\Windows\System32\drivers\NetworkPolicyEnforcer.sys
- C:\Users\*\Downloads\AztInstaller
- C:\Users\*\Downloads\AztInstaller\installer\TrustUtil.exe
- C:\Users\*\Downloads\AztInstaller\AztInstaller-Win.x86.exe
- Click Add.
- In the bottom right, click Done to exit the exclusions window.
- Scroll back to the top of the protection plan and click Save.
